The outright hatred for President Trump by Karofsky is glaringly obvious.

From Wiki:
Judge Karofsky was endorsed by over 100 current and former Wisconsin judges, including incumbent Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Rebecca Dallet. She also received endorsements from U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin, former governor Jim Doyle, and former U.S. senators Russ Feingold and Herb Kohl.[11] In the final days before the election, Judge Karofsky was endorsed by both the remaining 2020 Democratic Party presidential primary candidates—former Vice President Joe Biden and U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders.[12][13]

Justice Rebecca Dallet apparently doesn’t consider facebook posts as “evidence.” The Trump lawyer was arguing that facebook posts help determine where an individual is at the time the person posted something on facebook. This is useful in determining whether an individual can be determined to be “confined.” I think you have to subpoena facebook for records behind the post because social media sites do want to try to track your location. Maybe this judge isn’t technically savvy.

Dallet is wearing an RBG collar.

Where did Trump find this attorney? He is so completely unprepared for what he should have anticipated.

Unlike Bush in Bush v Gore, none of the top-tier, white shoe attorney firms wanted to represent Trump.

How much more obvious bias could a judge have?

I’ve been saying for weeks that without indictments and perp walks for vote rigging, no court legislators are going to overturn results

This hearing is about legal technicalities not being followed. Sloppiness or confusion or bad motives, whatever. But even Republican judges aren’t going to throw out hundreds of thousand of votes , after the election has happened, based on legal technicalities.

Agree. This will go the way of the SCOTUS Texas case IMO.

So he got an ambulance chaser, they focused on a couple of counties instead of the whole state. Again, taking shortcuts that now fail spectacularly.

that’s not accurate - they are focused on the two counties where the most massive fraud occurred! As Trump attorney said, they could approve recount for the whole state.

I regularly see more professionalism practiced by our local grocery store personnel than I’m seeing in the actions of especially two of these judges.

This is infuriating.

It’s racist! You are trying to disenfranchise people. He is getting hammered on technicalities. They have their mind made up.

They picked the hardest, steepest path with the most heavy lifting. I don’t understand what the logic was.
