I witnessed it personally at the Los Angeles County recorder's office "early voting" in 2008.
There is mass voting fraud by democrats and there is no law enforcement to suppress it.
The Trump lawyer was assailed by one of the liberal judges that he was acting like a king by trying to overturn the election and disparage all the people in Wisconsin who worked so hard to make this a fair election.
His response was that the election must be based on the rule of law or we will lose the country. It should be noted that if voters were disenfranchised by WI Election Commission (WEC) officials who let them violate the law either through fraud or malfeasance then their anger should be directed at the WEC. The purpose of the law is to protect the votes of the people who did follow the law regardless of who they voted for. Why is Joe Biden not arguing for all legal votes to be counted? Answer: Because he “won” and doesn’t care how they pulled it off.

Some of these judges animus is obvious....they accuse Trump of wanting a recount cause he lost....but wont allow a recount cause they won...spouting “disenfranchisement” as their defense
..they are allowing disenfranchisement by allowing illegal ballots....difficult to win with bigots like that...they are as fairminded as a kangaroo court...we got our work cut out for sure...

In a sane environment a legal technicality is just called the law. Minions of dollars are paid to legislatures to get thr language just right. When thr rubber meets the road those words turn into technicalities. How’s that for legislating from the bench. The left is past legislating. They’ve figured it out. You want power, control the SOS, state justices and AG’sof all the states.

I think because the hearing was over and the justices (including the two that forgot they were no longer prosecutors) were going into closed discussions amongst themselves.
Dan Kelly should be sitting in her seat. She ran a dirty campaign.

[Madison, WI] – In case you missed it, Judge Jill Karofsky recently compared the decision to get an abortion to the decision to get one’s wisdom teeth removed. Moreover, eroding the rights of law-abiding gun owners remains a high priority for Karofsky as well.
If they had blood sworn oaths from any voter disenfranchised wouldnt make a diff. I have lost ALL faith in our judicial system. it is non existent. Our Constitution means nothing.

Right..so why doesn’t he (apparently) want to spend some of that $$ on top tier legal representation?
I’m still not convinced he “can’t” (because no-one out of millions of lawyers in the US) want to represent him.
So why hasn’t he? That’s my question, although we’ll likely never know the real answer.

Trump’s lawyers still need to argue it before a judge. Having it on file does no good if it is not used in court.
