The other hopeful thing is this: I believe in cases where racial bias was alleged (such as in those associated with redistricting) the court was open to considering mathematical and statistical evidence.

The Democrats have been lying about there being no actual affidavit-backed-up evidence, but they have also been dismissive with regard to the statistical evidence.

I don't believe the justices will be as dismissive as the MSM.

Yes!!!! Rudy’s BACK and he’s right! Courts, includingSCOTUS, cannot deny scientific statistical evidence! It’s cut and dried!
