I wish, but let’s be honest: they don’t want any part of this. The 3 Trump judges denying standing was basically a recusal. Also, to rule in favor of Trump would probably put their and their family’s lives in danger. Schumer already threatened Kavanaugh after he was confirmed. Intimidation works.
