#2 is possible, but Trump has now done the following:

- Given state election officials a chance to do the right thing - and they didn't.
- Given state courts a chance to do the right thing - and they didn't.
- Given state representatives a chance to do the right thing - and they didn't.
- Given the Federal courts a chance to do the right thing - and they didn't.

So at this point, he has several options:

1) Declare martial law based on intelligence information and a China war status (I consider this very unlikely.)

2) Concede and start a daily declassification dump of teh Deep State's crimes all the way back to JFK..

3) Resign immediately, accept a pardon from Pence, and have his jet ready to fly to the Caymans - one step ahead of SDNY.

>>> So at this point, he has several options:

Martial law is a LAST resort ONLY if he can back up the insurrection with proof

The other 2 options you gave were to give up.... and we are not there yet.

SCOTUS did not throw out the other cases from these swing states... just the state vs state case.

SCOTUS can still redeem itself.

These legislatures still have a chance to redeem themselves as well.

Trump must never concede because that would be calling a lie a truth.

However, I like the idea of declassifying a lot of stuff, pertaining to violations of the Constitution by the Deep State domestically and abroad across decades.

Including Roswell would be entertaining.

The Caymans would almost certainly extradite him.
