Texas at least has the Constitutional right to be heard, but SCOUTS didn't grant them that, therefore IMHO they have killed Federalism and have rendered themselves moot and no longer have any purpose ...

It does, and I’m sure the case proved the cheating existed and the SCOTUS certainly saw that evidence...so if we are a whole nation and one’s state’s cheating affects another state, I don’t see how the SCOTUS turns that down...there is no other way for one state to redress such grievances against another...and 19 joined them...
