"How do you locate and join a state militia?" They should have a web site. When I looked into my state's militia it was basically a joke. They got together on weekends and ran food and clothing drives.

Just google it. Some states have a state militia, some have a state guard. A few have both. Most of them have their own website, with contact info.

For every 10 militia members you find, 9 are undercover FBI agents and the 10th is an informer. If you want to stay out of jail, avoid militias.
