I just heard Rudi Guiliani on Newsmax saying they have suites cued up and ready to go in District Courts, but this was the prefered option to combine everything into one big case before SCOTUS. I also emailed a suggestion to someone on the Trump legal team. Something more will follow. Trump isn't finished yet. He will fight to end.
The Insurrection Act is always an option. There will be many peaceful protests on Monday in certain state capitals
