They are waiting for him to leave the Presidency to charge Trump, since it's been established that you can't charge a sitting President.
New York has a bogus State tax evasion charge ready to go which can't be pardoned (and they have been making a big deal about that).
Then the DOJ will go after him for obstruction of justice charges related to the Muller probe at the same time.
Of course Trump is innocent of the charges, but they will use them to destroy Trump just like they did with Flynn, Stone, Sen. Stevens, and majority leader Delay.
They are out of their minds. There is no evidence he evaded taxes. The DOJ has nothing on him either.
