I think there are major constitutional issues, but the SCOTUS decided that it’s not their role to enforce election integrity in the states and localities, and in fact they cannot do that over the long term. State and local election have to be managed by the states and localities, and this is now a big problem because of the corruption and lawlessness in the democrat-controlled states and cities.
They've seeded our government at all levels. More then just a problem.
After decades of having "America Last" globalist in power who've made American citizenship all but pointless, flooded our country with tens of millions of illegals and foreign nationals, it's way more than just a problem.
My point being our government at all levels has been completed infiltrated by Communist and Communist sympathizers.
