This wasn’t even close... 7-2
possibilities i’m seeing:
1. SCOTUS has more sellouts on it than we thought. (we knew Roberts was dirty)
2. We are already in a state of War with China, and SCOTUS knows this. (ANTIFA/BLM = internal chinese operatives)
3. SCOTUS does not want to set a precedent where states challenge other states outcomes and succeed. (this WAS an unprecedented move!)
4. SCOTUS is overwhelmed by Election cases already, and this was their way of whittling down the workload. (They havn’t thrown out all the cases... just the state vs state case)
5. SCOTUS is under severe death threats if they rule against Biden in any way (related to possibility #2)
Let us NOT jump to conclusions, like the one we jumped to when SCOTUS asked the 4 states to respond. (which they never should have bothered doing!)
Weren’t those 4 states supposed to respond by yesterday or next Thursday?
>>> Weren’t those 4 states supposed to respond by yesterday or next Thursday?
It was THIS thursday... and they DID respond.
Their response was that Texas did not have standing.
They were apparently right.
SCOTUS had no business teasing us with that demand for a response... but they are saying that everything they did was a technical requirement to go through the motions because one state sued another.
“ possibilities i’m seeing”
Lack of standing.
