The FBI has been continually disappointing lately, but every indication to me is that some subgroup of the Branch Davidians lit the place on fire themselves, not the feds.
The Feds were poking holes in the building with tanks. The building was full of women and children. The FBI should have been disbanded after that event and the headquarter bull dozed and a park put in its place.
