Judge Denies Publication of Forensic Audit of Dominion Machines in Antrim County. Judge Kevin Elsenheimer is a judge, lawyer and politician from Republican Party and a former minority leader of the Michigan House of Representatives. He was appointed 13th Circuit Court Judge by Governor Rick Snyder in January 2017.
Yup. Maybe as a supplementary to Texas or a new Michigan case.
Perhaps the Secret is that the machines are not counting. Counting implies whole numbers. Rumblings of fractional number addition abounds.
I forget the specifics, but a recent story had votes run thru a machine with equal Trump/Bitem ballots, and the result was 1.3x for Bitem and .7 for Trump.

You are missing the point. Everybody is waiting for confirmation that there was Dominion vote switching. If true, this would be the biggest scandal.
A judge (for now) is blocking that confirmation.
So what the level of the judge. And yes there will be appeals.

Since when does election counting get to be kept secret?
That would be analogous to using a built in Win 10 calculator to add a string of numbers and then being ordered not to publish the results.
To answer your question, when the results are opposite of the published results. The background of this judge should be made known, the ruling is purely political.
This means it is damning evidence. Needs to be leaked.

It goes to SCOTUS and no where else.

Didn’t they finally get the responses from the FBI to the Seth Rich/Hillary Clinton FOIAs this week after 5 years of denials? Justice delayed is justice denied.
This was THE ONE COUNTY, THE ONLY COUNTY ON THE PLANET, in which the Trump team was allowed under judicial order to examine the Dominion machines/software.
So yeah, it's breaking news.
