Georgia Gov. Kemp Awarded $107 Million Contract to Dominion Two Weeks After Meeting With People’s Republic of China Consul General

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp awarded a $107 million contract to Dominion Voting Systems two weeks after he met with the Houston-based Consul General of the People’s Republic of China in Atlanta.

Kemp met with Li Qiangmin, Houston Consul General of the People’s Republic of China, on July 12, 2019.

The Secretary of State’s office announced on July 29, 2019 that Dominion’s election services were procured to implement a “verified paper ballot system” in the state prior to the March 2020 presidential primaries.

 

On July 12, 2019, GA Gov Kemp met Houston Consul General Li Qiangmin at rumored Chinese spy hub consulate in Houston.

On July 29, 2019, GA signs contract for Dominion Voting Machines statewide.

Dominion Voting Systems, which operates voting machines in 28 states, has been accused of switching Trump votes to Biden in the 2020 election.

The New York Times reported in June of 2020 that there was “some evidence that heavy lobbying and sales tactics have played a role in their adoption in Georgia and elsewhere.”

According to the report, Georgia has eight registered lobbyists for Dominion, including Lewis Abit Massey, a former Democratic Georgia Secretary of State, and Jared Thomas, former chief of staff for Republican Governor Brian Kemp.

They met again several months later in 3 Feb 2020, Cai Wei was invited by Lt Duncan to speak at the state senate hall. While Cai greatly promoted the CCP’s success on combating covid 10, Mr. Duncan announced the day was Georgia’s China Day.

Chinese Consulate in Houston Intervened in US Political Movement
Radio Free Asia (RFA) published an article explaining the reason that the U.S. closed China’s Consulate in Houston.

The article stated that the U.S. has known that the staff members at the consulate were conducting suspicious activities, but, for a while, it did not take any action. The Second Department of China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA), which is the PLA’s intelligence unit, sent staff members from a large network company, with fake IDs, to China’s Consulate in Houston. Those technicians used a large video platform’s backend data to identify people who might participate in the Black Lives Matter (BLM) and ANTIFA’s protests and then created and sent them customized videos on how to organize riots and how to do promotions.

The purpose was to “weaponize” big data technology. It delivered relevant materials precisely to those people who were most likely to participate in the protests, while other people could not even find those videos.

RFA did not spell out the company names. A Twitter account said the technicians were from Huawei and the video platform they used to identify candidates and push videos to was TikTok.

So how is this related to the Chinese Communist Party?

In another Twitter post, Lin Wood claims the Chinese regime to be the majority shareholder of the middleman UBS securities.

Through state entities, China does own much stock of UBS’s Beijing-based subsidiary. But the subsidiary’s name is UBS Securities Co. Ltd, whereas the entity sending money to Dominion is UBS Securities LLC, which is based in New York.

The New York subsidiary is a private firm so its shareholders’ information is not open to the public.

However, a closer look into the New York subsidiary shows that among four of its board members, who are appointed by shareholders, three appear to be Chinese.

One of them is Ye Xiang, a Chinese national who also served as a board member of Beijing’s based UBS subsidiary.

The person worked at the Chinese regime’s central bank, the state-owned Bank of China, as well as the Hong Kong government’s financial regulatory agencies.

UBS is the first foreign bank that’s allowed to have a fully-licensed securities joint venture in China’s very restricted financial market.

This facilitator of the deal is Chinese vice premier Wang Qishan, who is deemed the most finance-savvy Communist official. He was the mayor of Beijing in 2006 when he met with UBS’s then-chairman Marcel Ospel.

According to Chinese company profiling website Qixin, after the 2020 election, the Beijing UBS’s went through a major leadership turnover on November the 30th.

One day before Lin Wood’s tweet about UBS, 12 out of its 15 board of directors quit including Ye Xiang, the New York UBS board member mentioned earlier.

Another who just quit the board is Cheng Yixun. The former CEO of UBS’s Beijing-based subsidiary and an expert hired in the Chinese Communist Party’s “Thousand Talents Program.”

UBS went through a weakened stage in 2006/2007/2008 (roughly 40 billion dollars in the mortgage loan business at the time). Whatever emerged out of that in the next five years...was probably some type of buy-out by Chinese investors. It’s not the same UBS that existed prior to the 2008 Wall Street ‘fall’. it may look like a private-owned bank but it’s likely to be CCP-puppets running their strategy.

UBS Securities was set up specifically as a vehicle for mainland China investors.

Well, he’s and no. For Kemp, Raffensperger, et al, probably yes. I don’t know what kind of hold *someone* has on them, but they are obviously more afraid of them than us.

But there are many in our state legislators who are very aware of what is going on and are working hard on educating and getting others onboard, especially some of the GA state senators. I have been in contact with several and they are committed to not letting this fraud stand. There is a lot they didn’t know, thanks to the complicit MSM but Georgians are educating them. I was told by a rep from Fulton to keep calling and pressuring because it is working, they are feeling the pressure.

With enough support in the legislature, they can take matters in their own hands, bypassing both the governor and sos, and that is what many of us are working hard to pressure them to do.
