Texas filed suit against PA et al. President Trump filed to intervene which means he is requesting to be a party to complaint. Missouri at 16 states files motions in support of Texas, but not to be a party to the complaint itself. Then Missouri and 6 other states filed to intervene so that they could be a party to the case.
