"If they can’t do that, then the matter is ultimately resolved in the House via 12th Amendment."

The US House of Representatives? How would it be resolved favourably there?

Right, but epic crimes were committed.

There have to be consequences besides just declaring President Trump the rightful president. The Democrats and other coconspirators have to pay.

Under the 12th, if the state legislatures can’t resolve their slate and send them to DC and neither candidate has 270, then the election is conducted in the House.

Each DELEGATION of Reps gets a SINGLE vote. 1 vote per state. If the majority of the reps in the state is R, then the vote goes to DJT. If vice versa, the vote goes to the senile pedophile. Interestingly, Vermont has one rep, who is I. The state has no candidate in the election, and cannot cast it for either candidate.

Currently there are 26 R majority delegations, and 23 D majority delegations.

DJT retains the WH.

If all the R delegations vote R. I hope there is not a McCain-like traitor amongst them.

There’s no ‘faithless elector’ hazard here. Nobody caucuses and decides. It’s a nose count, essentially, with an entry into the Congressional Record like any other vote.

Thanks for the explanation. Here’s hoping the SC does the right thing, as well as the states’ legislatures. Anyone know if they can be trusted? I know they are GOP, but that neans nothing...

Someone made a great point, last night....

Why would the four....possibly five SC Justices Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Barret-Coney....and sometimes Roberts (like vowels...and, sometimes y...lol) want to completely hand over the country....knowing that if Bidet were to ‘win’, the first thing to happen would be to pack the SC.

NONE of their opinions, if conservative, would ever matter, again.

Praying they will do the right thing, for all of the right reasons.

We need a similar map showing the States where in the US House of Representatives the states where the Republicans have the most Representatives and the states where the Democrats have the most Representatives.

I believe we are headed towards the US House of Representatives voting on Jan 6, 2021 as to who will be our next President.

LOL, sometimes Roberts

Yes, it’s their careers too that will be affected, their votes would never matter again. Who wants to work for decades at a job like that?

A number of state legislators from PA, including the Speaker of the House and the Majority Leader of the House of Representatives in PA filed an amicus brief in the case on the side of Texas, opposing their own state...
