IMPORTANT POINT REPORTERS ARE MISSING IN PA SUIT:
The Supreme Court only denied emergency injunctive relief. In the order, it did NOT deny cert.
@MikeKellyPA’s suit is still pending before the U.S. Supreme Court.

if you heard the lawyer Greg Teufel for the case (on lou dobbs), he sounded very disappointed and stated this does not bode well for how the court will address the writ “with respect to the 2020 election”. He sounded defeated.
Some people are realists, basing their expectations of future behavior on past behavior. I think we can see where this is headed.
Sadly, SCOTUS could not or would not cobble together 4 members to stop the lawlessness that took place by PA officials. It was a very solid case with clear federal ramifications but they denied relief. I’ll discuss at length on my radio show this evening.
So what if the red states simply fail to participate in an illegitimate election and withhold their electors?
Does it take the participation of all 50 states to certify a US President?
This was predictable.
They use legalese to extend the proceedings past the deadlines. Then they’ll quietly drop the matter while promising to fix it next time.
Wash. Rinse. Repeat.
I've been wondering the same thing for weeks. IMO no Red state should participate in this farce, should it get to that point.
“What does this mean for the case then?”
The case is alive, but the emergency injunction against certification was denied.
Reporters miss the point??? At least they’re consistent in that regard.
Nice piece of analysis.
As a lawyer Jenna should know there is no application for a writ of certiorari currently before the.Court. The request for injunction, which was denied, did not also include a request for a writ of certiorari.
I heard it announced on Levin’s show that Plaintiff(s) DO plan to ask for a Writ of Certiorari.
They denied injunctive relief WITHOUT any explanation.
We are Venezuela.

really? I am even thinking that RBG would have had a hard time with what is going on because what it all means is the end of the rule of law. We may disagree with her, but she did believe the law meant something. Even Scalia thought so when she wasn't corrupted by mushy headed stuff.
The issue at stake for the SC is that constitutional rule in this country is over and if the SC has one power it is to interpret disputes under the US constitution. Give that up and they become a figure head, and organ of a corrupt 3rd world country like the CCP thinks we are because they control our elites and, not understanding how the US works they think the elites control us.
