I find it strange that the tweet suggests there were no dissents. Basically none of the justices wanted to hear this case. If I were a Democrat I would have preferred at most 3 dissents. But I’m guessing that maybe the Supreme Court wants a more relevant case challenging the election.

Did this case challenge the arbitrary changes made to election law by Pa. officials without State Legislature involvement? If so, that is a fairly relevant issue since that issue was already determined in Bush vs. Gore.
