Alice in Wonderland time, gang. We’ve gone through the Rabbit Hole and from this point on, there is no return to sanity - or, apparently, the Rule of Law.

turned this one down with no dissent

Key phrase “with no dissent” sounds procedural vs merit.

This was just an injunction. It seems cert app is still pending. The PA case wasn’t denied.

“Supreme Court believes we don’t need honest elections.”

It doesn’t matter to them. They’ll exist safely in the elite class in the new communist regime. We little people won’t matter, and don’t matter.

USSC.

How do you know? Twitter doesn’t know. There must be another source.

Exactly. May other races are affected by this incomparable ruse. The SCOTUS needs to establish a constitutional framework for SAFE, FAIR elections!

Roberts does as he is commanded to do by his masters, the ones holding his blackmail file. Was this the Representative Kelly case?

That seems the most likely explanation. Of course the media will go insane and say it’s over.

“They turned this one down with no dissent...’

Great point. the liberals that are wetting themselves on Twitter right now should be worried that neither Thomas or Alito or Cavanaugh or Amy dissented on this opinion. They should ask themselves, “why not?”

maybe that’s what he wants. He’d be over 12 other judges.

yep...I’d be interested in what Cruz might say, though if he’s the one arguing for Texas he’ll likely be tight lipped.

Remember Maxine Waters said O’Vomit’s database had something on “everybody, and I mean everybody”.

Guess he better hire teachers to teach his grandchildren Chinese.

What a legacy.

When things like this happen with a court -- most any court for that matter -- it appears to this legal layman that what the justices/judges are attempting is to use the law, in this matter, to ignore the unbelievable amount of direct evidence of fraud, unequal treatment and illegal actions of the criminals.

I just don't get it. I truly don't.

Do they not realize or had least sense the incredible amount of damage this will do to our country? to our Constitution? (Then again, the federal agencies and courts have remained nearly completely as the governors have shredded the Constitution over the past nine months with no end in site ... but just like all tyrants, they had a "good reason" for doing so.

Expected.

People here also don’t understand what put on the docket means in terms of the Supreme Court. Thousands of cases every year are put on the docket before being denied. A relative handful of requests for cert or relief are granted. It doesn’t mean the Court has voted to hear the case. Don’t believe me? Here is the docket record for the PA case the Court just denied the injunction request for: https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/docket/docketfiles/html/public/20a98.html . It takes a day or so for it to be updated, but the point as you can see is that being on the docket does not mean anything. It’s a normal part of the process.

“He’d be over 12 other judges.”

He better not be thinking that, since it won’t be the case.

I think this had standing problems when the Republicans in the legislature did not join the suit.
