I hope in coming hours and days more states join. The SCOTUS will see how many Americans are upset. If we had 5 or 10 states joining this it may may hold more weight in there eyes. I don’t think they want to mess with this at all. And roberts won’t be on our side at all.

There is one element of the Texas suit that really got my attention.

It sets out a logical basis for secession—if the US refuses to follow its own Constitution (and allows a fraudulent Presidential election), then the US cannot morally require the states to “follow the rules” either.

Some may say this does not matter because “might makes right” and secession won’t happen—and my answer is that “stuff happens” and sometimes the first step may appear to be minor at the time but may turn out to be historic in the rear view mirror.
