Lawyers representing the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on Tuesday morning filed a motion to oppose a lawsuit filed by U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly, a Republican who zealously supports President Donald Trump. Kelly’s lawsuit argues that Pennsylvania’s supreme court violated the U.S. Constitution when it failed to rule that state election law violated the Pennsylvania constitution. In summary, the case seeks basically to flip the election in Trump’s favor in Pennsylvania.

Arguably, Bush v Gore was “judicial interference in Presidential election results”, a recent precedent.
Later.
It’s not a counter suit. It is a response to the suit filed by plaintiffs.
Not according to the PA constitution it isn’t, as it hadn’t yet jumped through all the required hoops.
.26% wasn’t that .26 which is 26% ????

All of the riots this past year were to set this up.
They were a pre-steal violent surge to show the courts and wimpy RINOs that unless they agree to capitulate there will be violence on the streets.

Sort of like letting bank robbers keep the loot if they get away and avoid capture for say a day. Makes perfect sense doesn't it?
I’d rather be reject the most disruptive, fraudulent election results in history.
reporter!!!Yeah they are always good with math. They think 2 +2 = 5. Very few understand percentages and decimals.
Note the slanted words - “zealously” and “flip” applied to Kelly and the case.
Not according to the PA constitution it isn’t, as it hadn’t yet jumped through all the required hoops.
