Those laws give him the power to seize all the assets of ANYONE found guilty of complicity in the corrupt election; besides PROSECUTING all of them.

Only guns will give him that power. Laws only make such actions palatable to the citizen. Courts and law enforcement agencies have already shown they will have no part of helping Trump. What happens when Alito and the SC void the Pennsylvania election and the rest of government ignores them and holds the Electoral College vote, anyway?

All of the assumptions about outcomes are based on some part of government acting lawfully, as intended. When the entire government is proving to be unlawful, where is Trump to turn?

I believe Trump has handled that thru some recent pentagon firings and appointments. I also believe the Military is still on Trump’s side. The instruments Trump put in place on Sept. 12, 2018 give him the authority to use the military to keep civil law and order to any degree he deems necessary. In a State of Emergency POTUS has limitless power and authority. And if needed, there are the civilian militia. Lock and load!
