“SCOTUS will not appoint electors, but they can decertify them, leaving PA with no votes for either candidate.”

It is my understanding that only Congress has the authority to reject electors. Something they did back in the election of 1864 and 1868.

well, u may be right about that.. the ruling would be more of a decertification if anything.

They would then force the legislature to hold a new election OR select their own set of electors.
