The federal judge who tossed Wood’s suit noted that the matters in it should have been brought before a State court, not federal. I’ve searched in 5 different articles and none of them state what court Braynard’s litigation was filed in (but they all call it a “Georgia lawsuit” so maybe that at least implies State court). It does appear that the plaintiff is a candidate to be a Trump elector in Georgia. You would think an elector defrauded out of his office would have standing, but it’s not only the Lord that has mysterious ways.
I just read the judge is the same one who enforced the ruling removing the 10 commandments from the Alabama courthouse.
