Judge Questions Whether Trump’s Pardon of Michael Flynn Is 'Too Broad'
Law ^

A trial judge raised the possibility that another federal judge overseeing Michael Flynn’s case could find that President Donald Trump’s pardon of Flynn is too broad, if it unlawfully protects the former national security adviser from future prosecutions.

U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton said at a hearing Friday that he doesn’t think U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan, his colleague presiding over the Flynn case, “has a lot of options in reference to what he does” after the pardon was granted, “unless he takes the position that the wording of the pardon is too broad, in that it provides protections beyond the date of the pardon.”

Judge demands unredacted Mueller report, questioning Barr’s ‘credibility’

A federal judge on Thursday ordered the Department of Justice to hand over to him a copy of the unredacted Mueller report and accused Attorney General William Barr of misrepresenting its findings in the days before it was submitted to Congress last year. Judge Reggie B. Walton, a federal district court judge in Washington, said that he could not reconcile Barr’s public comments in April 2019 about the report with the actual findings that former special counsel Robert Mueller outlined. “The inconsistencies between Attorney General Barr’s statements, made at a time when the public did not have access to the...

Yo Reggie! Do you know what “plenary” means?

Have you read the Constitution recently, Reggie?

Sheesh.

Oh, there’s recourse.

Any bets on the leverage on Judge Reggie being a young boy or a dead girl?

“Oh, there’s recourse.”

Ask Tim McVeigh how that works out. They already control communications, and if people here get their way, they’ll also have full control of government.

Good luck planning an ‘uprising’ with our enemies listening to everything and tracking our every movement (not to mention infiltrating every group of more than 2 people)...I guess you can go to court to fight that, the PACKED courts. LOL!!!!!!

“This is why the founders did not want foreigners appointing judges....”

And it is also why they wanted the states’ legislatures’ representatives (Senate) not the peoples’ representatives (House) to ratify appointments.

Where does this judge fail in his concept of our Constitution?

Flynn does not deserve this harsh treatment just because he was working for President Trump...is there another reason the judge is behaving so treacherously?...is he expecting the left to appoint him some tiime (in eons) to the Supreme Court...he has no legal reason to continue to bludgeon Gen. Flynn.

Judge tried to force a catch 22 by making Flynn admit guilt, not just plead guilty. That was the Judge’s next move but Trump blew that out of the water.

Uh, I think Ford pardoned Nixon for “crimes” past and future re: Watergate.

Ford's "preemptive" pardon was for federal crimes that Nixon committed or might have committed while in office. It did not apply to crimes that Nixon committed after he left office.

By “future crimes” I meant future charges stemming from Watergate.

Obama really, really, really has it in for Flynn, doesn’t he, looking to find a way to nullify a full pardon?
Just what does Flynn have on the bastard, anyway?

Government controls paperwork.

Tim McVeigh was an asshole. Wrong target, wrong means, wrong conditions, wrong goal. One or two people are screwballs.

Thousands and thousands moving at the same time in reaction to events with minimal coordination is another matter and another matter to deal with. Events create coordination.

Look at BLM and Antifa, relatively small groups in very small places who are ignorant and with few resources creating chaos. Their coordination comes from lies about events promoted in the MSM. All we need to know about is events from our media.

BLM and Antifa are not done. But to every action is a reaction when a point is reached. Primer to powder. Match to gasoline. The police are nothing. The military will be busy controlling the other half of the military.

It happens all around the world. And we have more guns than everyone else put together.

“It happens all around the world. And we have more guns than everyone else put together.”

I agree with that...but I still struggle as to how our side can organize in any fashion, when it’s so easy and quick for them to deprive us of resources...regardless of whether we strike at once. It’s very, very, easy to shut down all Internet, power, and phones, on a mass scale...without even worrying about their people (they’ll lose the services too). At that point they can work down their list of ‘agitators’, just as Lenin did.

>it’s so easy and quick for them to deprive us of resources

Nothing would bring people together faster using old-fashion methods.
The cities will starve first.
