I’m not the smartest person in the room but if a person has a 10% chance of getting the virus after a vaccine, it stands to reason that there is a chance he could tranmit it
He responded to this question:
“Even though I’ve had the protection, am I still able to transmit it to other people?”
Of course the 10% would still be able to pass the virus if the vaccine didn't work for them. Naturally.
The Pfizer chief was referring to the ~90%. They just don't know because they haven't had enough time to study the effects. It's a lack of data due to a lack of time.
