Imho, the totes being pulled out are not the key issue here. The key issue is that while everyone was scurrying around to clear the ballots off the tables, a few women stayed seated at the scanning machines with ballots that were never loaded up. As soon as all the observers and news people were gone, they started scanning their ballots and more ballots were brought back into the room. The counting didn't stop that night.
As soon as all the observers and news people were gone,
they started scanning their ballots,
and more ballots were brought back into the room.
The counting didn’t stop that night.

No, the counting didn’t stop, that night.
We saw it In the Room Where it Happened.
(Almost sounds like a Hamilton rap song!)
>> Early on, when they’ve told everyone to leave, people are taking stacks of ballots off the tables and putting them into totes that look like what was pulled out from under the table.

The ballots they count are the ones they retreive from under the table. NOT any ballots that were removed from the top of the tables when counting was shut down.
