The attorney making the presentation referred to the cases as suitcases but they were later referred to as ballot containers. Matter of semantics, but no doubt or claim that whatever they were called, they contained ballots and those ballots were moved to the scanners.

The woman making the presentation said she his a lawyer but not working as an attorney on the case.
That said this “fact check” is as bogus as the one where Democrats tried to pretend that Robert Byrd (D-KKK) wasn’t the highest level Klansman in his local Klan let alone even a MEMBER (or recruiter) for the Ku Klux Klan. Someone called him a Gramd Wizard instead of a Cyclops or Kleagle.
