I looked at the card, works for me. Appears that it has nothing to secure it. No halograms, chips, not even a magnetic card strip. Put some appropriately weighted stock in a printer, and voila, you too can have a card.

I had a “hall pass” identifying me as an “essential worker” this summer when highway travel and office access was extremely limited.

These things always start simple. Once they are accepted as normal, they get more complicated.
