Cool—well President Trump won’t take any action until _after_ fifteen million fraudulent votes have been “cast”.

I believe that the President is waiting for a court order, or the report from the Director of Intelligence that there has been foreign interferenece in the election before doing anything drastic. If he were to have certain governors arrested so that they can't certify electors, it would need to be done at the right time.
