Considering the decades of lies, corruption and cheating by the RATs, and what went on in this “election”, do you really think that a date in time supersedes being able to defend and restore the Republic?

If the President needs to invoke the Insurrection Act to prevent an illegal slate of electors from voting in the Electoral College, than getting that report done before that date is very important. If he waits until after that, the mess gets worse.
