General McInerney is very adamant about invoking the Insurrection Act and possibly Martial law. It’s certainly on the table, IMO.

Everything is on the table. The foundation of the Republic is one person, one vote. That has been violated grossly and crudely. I don't think he needs to call in federal troops. By invoking the Insurrection Act, he can nationalize the state National Guard troops and prevent certain corrupt state governors from commanding them to disperse peaceful protesters blocking the Electoral College from meeting unlawfully in certain state capitols.
