He should pardon them. The problem is, the court record is under seal. The only released documents are heavily redacted. He can’t order the judge or DOJ to identify the suspects.
But everyone agrees, blanket pardons for his inner circle and all their support staff would be wise.
Another approach: If Barr is removed and an honest AG put in, then maybe the whole investigation can be immediately halted, and, in the interest of transparency, the file be unsealed.

Just pardon the folks being investigated who supposedly were trying to buy pardons- I’m sure it’s fake anyhow so just wave the presidential pardon wand over every single person employed in the administration as the dems would clearly come after them for made up stuff!!!
