Meh. It’s called a Ushanka. I have one although mine is the traditional gray. I wear it to the range in the winter when I shoot my Mosins to add a little authenticity.

Ushankas are cheap on eBay and come complete with the Soviet cap badge.
A pink ushanka would have been a special order item for flattering American chicks or maybe they are popular with Russian babes.
