I don’t see an answer to my question. Just more name calling

EXACTLY what case is SCOTUS going to take up since you claim they are going to do it.

This is a national election under DOJ jurisdiction and the SCOTUS MUST, at the least, invalidate ALL Governor “Ascertainment Certification” based upon certified SOS fraudulent vote counts.

This nonsense NEEDS TO BE STOPPED and people put in prison and many executed for high treason!

Checking back to see...STILL no case name from you

Perhaps I dont know what I am talking about..but I am willing to back it up

you are just throwing out meaningless accusations and smarmy comments...and wont even provide a name of a case.

So here is what I will put on record- SCOTUS is taking NONE of these cases. If a faithless elector situation arises they may go down that road..but they just did a case on that in April

See you at the end and we will see who is right

Never had much confidence in the legislatures to do anything. This is going to have to be a SC issue.

It is time to make those distinguished legislators, judges, and elected officials, ALL OF THEM, more afraid of the people of Pennsylvania than of the media or the democrat thugs.

SCOTUS is taking NONE of these cases.

This case is unprecedented in its scale and importance. It is not merely applying election law. Sufficient evidence will be produced to persuade a court of the merits of the plaintiff's case that warrants the necessary remedies on the balance of probabilities. Several justices, however, will conjur penumbrae to justify most anything, or fewer than four will take the case. I could not predict an outcome.

Rummy actually the case in GA is going much better than you might imagine. Since Judge Batten got involved yesterday he actually pointed out a couple of flaws in Sydney Powell’s case and pointed her to the remedy. She amended the case and the judge not only issued the stay on voting machines in 3 counties but is now requiring Brian Kemp to produce the state of Georgia’s contract with Dominion. That is very significant. It also appears that Powell will likely win on doing forensic audits on those machines.

IMO Rudy’s case in PA will be taken up by the Supreme court because he is arguing that election laws were unconstitutionally changed by judicial fiat. Which is true and blatantly violates the PA constitution and violates the provision of the mail in ballots in the election law. These are the kinds of things the court can get its head around.

All you really have to do is win one or two cases and then all the states that used Dominion become tainted.

The other thing to look at is the EO on foreign influence in our elections. Section 1 states that not later than 45 days after the national election the DNI and other agencies will look at and make an assessment of evidence that foreign influence or foreign entities interfered in the election. So that would be Dec 18th. Trump has I’m sure incontrovertible evidence from the CIA server they snatched in Frankfurt and the likelihood that the DOD watched the fraud in real time as it happened on election night. So the Director of National Intelligence can come out and announce the fraud officially. And yes I know I’ve been pushing the insurrection act and that might follow naturally if required. I think Trump has been planning this for a long time. I don’t see the state legislatures making this happen but I could be wrong.

This is quite the education, isn’t it? In fact we are in a much-needed speed-learning course, all of us. Time to wise up, it is.

Trump is hiding a surprise. Betcha

That GA judge also granted an interlocutory appeal...which has a good chance of winning.

We will see.

Nothing so far changes my opinion about what will happen in GA with powells case

So here is what I will put on record- SCOTUS is taking NONE of these cases.

Not yet. If the state legislatures use their plenary powers to appoint the electors themselves, then SCOTUS has no role to play. They may prefer that, as elections are inherently political issues. However, do note that in 2000, SCOTUS didn't take the case unitl December 9th. They held oral arguments on Dec. 11th, and issued a per curiam decision the next day by having clerks pass it out in the back of the court. If necessary, SCOTUS will take the case late.
