In cases where state officials certify the election in the face of at a minimum deep uncertainly about the accuracy of the results, they must be considered to be willing co-conspirators in the effort to steal the election for democrats. They are clearly not motivated by a desire to accurately determine the will of the legal voters.
If an official doesn’t want to ‘work’ further or be caught in this web they’re going to get out of this as fast as possible...pushing the can down the street is a fast escape.
