The reason why doctors wear masks in surgery is so that they do not inadvertently spit into an open wound. People do that when they talk.

I do not wear a mask. I have to find stores and restaurants that will not scream at me just for walking in the door.

If you think about it masks are the new "Whites Only" sign.

When I work at the Hosp.

I have to have my Temp checked every 4 hours...and wear a N-95 mask..with a surgical mask over the top of that.

Yeah...it's great fun.
