If Biden's puppet masters can get rid of the PLCAA, they can resume using "lawfare" against the firearms manufacturers and run a bunch more of them out of business. They don't care that these lawsuits will eventually run into long-established products liability precedent and be dismissed; the damage is done simply by making the companies go bankrupt paying their legal fees.

Gun control isn’t likely to even pass the House. Plenty of Dems don’t like it and with a razor thin majority the Dems probably won’t even broach the subject.
There is little reason for the Dems to go radical now. AZ & GA trending blue shows they’re winning. They just need to stay the course and wait for MAGA voters to die off and be replaced by third world dirt farmers. Within a few election cycles it will be over for the USA. Of course with GOP endorsed election fraud the Dems don’t even need to wait that long.
