Trump can be a kingmaker. Or he can form his own party and set up a media empire to counteract fake news and Big Tech. The GOPe has not been supportive of Trump's efforts to expose voter fraud. Watch for the Rubio/Haley/Bush wing to try to retake the GOP.
True, and Knowingly certifying a result achieved by crime puts you on the hook for penalties.

The penalties for voter and election fraud are pretty harsh, some are federal felonies. That's what needs to be enforced.

I listened closely to the phone in interview by POTUS with Maria . He sounded subdued, and also realistic about his chances before SCOTUS( saying in essence he is not sure if they will take up the cases).
Maria listened, did not interrupt him as much as usual, but looked resigned as he spoke.

This has to be really tough on him knowing there is massive fraud but it could be tough to get the right court or legislature to even hear the case.This should never happen in the US.
