CIA killing 5 Delta? Skeptical that they could accomplish that. That is much easier said than done. SEALS get the publicity and movie and book deals, but Delta is truly spooky in their skill set and quiet.

Yeah, the CIA recruits their paramilitary guys directly from Delta and Six. Their paramilitary group used to be called SOG (Special Operations Group), part of the SAD (Special Activities Division). So yeah, the CIA paramilitary guys are as least trained to the same level as Delta, if not more. If you're a SEAL or Delta, it's said that being picked up by the CIA is a promotion.

Let's face it, the CIA goes into foreign countries and attempts to disrupt their governments and elections, and if caught, they'd probably face an aweful death, so even if they did this here, the threat of an American Prison cell, to them would be like a country club.
