There’s nothing to figure out. If the US military seized servers that contained the smoking gun of election fraud he would have addressed the nation. There would be no reason to sit on this fact for two or more weeks.
This is most likely a diversion. I’d love to be proven wrong here but that’s highly unlikely.
Maybe not. You not only have to prove fraud, you have to be able to prove who instigated it. If you find a body that has been shot dead, you can prove he is dead but can you prove murder, the person who pulled the trigger and the motive behind it. Only then can you say he was murdered, until then, all you have is a homicide or possible suicide. Investigators don’t give out information till they have all the facts.
