Like most clear thinkers (let’s say 95% of Freepers & 200million+ Americans), I think the very integrity of Western civilization hangs on the outcome of this election. Having said that, I share this poster’s realism that Sidney, Lin, & the gang did not put their best foot forward with the MI & GA complaints. Both documents seem to ramble at times, & whenever they request a specific number of ballots (96,000+ or whatever) be thrown out, they don’t seem to present a clear basis for arriving at that particular number. And apparently they didn’t have the time or budget for a proofreader, what with all the grammatical errors & wordsrunningtogetherwithoutanyspacesbetweenthem.

Also, after seeing Powell’s seemingly endless promotions of what was coming on Newsmax & such, I was expecting to see more “bombshell” type evidence—something really juicy like perhaps, some mention of obtaining the servers containing the original unflipped vote tallies, or testimony from a Dominion employee confessing that yes we did indeed rig the election. Instead, we just saw the same details we already knew from the usual reliable sources (FR, Breitbart, Gateway Pundit, etc). Damning stuff to be sure, just nothing we didn’t already expect to see in there. The one exception is the white hat intelligence analyst’s testimony, the definitely was a BOOM.

With my zero legal background, I have ZERO idea how a judge is going to view these documents. Will the upsides of each document outweigh the downsides? My guess is any judge who is not a liberal activist & not being paid off (or worse, threatened) by Dem operatives will look on them favorably, otherwise these will ping-pong their way up to SCOTUS.

Anyone with actual legal background can feel free to set me straight here; I like to learn.

I actually think Lin’s lawsuit is great. Clear, orderly, and well argued Constitutional case. It’s impossible to read what he submitted in GA, then read Sidney, and think Sidney’s is anything but riddled with spelling, grammar, and logical errors and missed opportunities. I’m glad Lin’s suit is out there, and largely asks for what Sidney asks for, because it is a much better presentation of our case and the undeniable facts.

But surely EVERYONE else on here (not including you, as your reply is sane and thoughtful) has read both suits in their entirety and is totally justified in ripping those of us with realist views on the situation apart. Those people are lovely.
