What was really a class act for Thanksgiving was President Trump granting today a full pardon to Lt. Gen. Flynn so that he could breathe easy and spend time with his family on Thanksgiving.
I’m still rather pissed Trump let Flynn twist n the wind and be financially destroyed while wasting 4 years of his life fighting this garbage, when even Trump said today that this should have never happened. Should have been pardoned day 1 when he was charged. Hopefully this makes Flynn go into “get even” mode against the deep state.
You don’t understand. Even this week, Flynn’s attorney, Sidney, begged Trump to not pardon Flynn just yet, because Flynn’s judge said he’d finally decide this week on dropping charges or not.
Case should have been dismissed and Flynn would be exonerated which is better than a pardon.
Mike Flynn was ready to lay his life down for his country. Losing money and home was nothing compared to his patriotism. I imagine he wanted it that way.
As it was explained, President Trump knows the DC Judge (Sullivan) is corrupt, that there was no more case, and pardoning the General the day before Thanksgiving was beautiful, perfect timing.
I am sure General Flynn wouldn’t have it any other way.
Dont’ be pissed at Trump for not pardoning Flynn until now. It was Flynn’s attorney Sidney Powell that did not want him pardoned. She wanted to win this in the courts. Trump did the right thing to pardon Flynn because the courts are corrupt.
