The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia has 15 active duty judges, and 8 active Senior (semi-retired) Judges. Yet, Sullivan keeps getting appointed to cases involving Trump, and the election. It appears that the court administrator in D.C. wants Sullivan to handle these cases. It isn’t a coincidence.
