Flynn would have essentially have to go on litigating ..this judge would NOT ddrop the case
Three possible outcomes:
1. Judge Sullivan drops the case.
2. Sullivan refuses to drop the case, THEN President Trump pardons him.
3. He appeals and the higher court drops the case.
