They will invade Twain as soon as they think Biden is safely president. No, the Chinese are very patient. They will wait until Biden capitulates on all their demands. Then gain more strength, wait for Biden to weaken Taiwan, then invade, or maybe just threaten to get even more capitulation from Biden.
