I’ve been following the South China Sea thing for a while. I figure I can assume that if Joe is sworn in, China invades Taiwan, takes it, and we do nothing.
Honestly, I think no matter who is in charge we do “little” to help.
What I don’t understand is WHY would China be so focused on getting rid of Taiwan? Who wants to manage 23 million pissed off Chinese who hate you?
I would think it would be easier to just “cut them off” and economically ruin them.
Taiwan is not Hong Kong....
