I’m hoping the “Kracken” Powell refers to is a CIA AI system that sniffs the internet and networks for odd patterns/algorithms.
It could be have been used to catch Dominion irregularities during the election and maintain empirical evidence....

Got an email last night from my old NSA buddy that said the rumors from the white hats in the IC claim that the Kraken she’s been referring too is the product from the CIA Kraken software. So, stand by. I think we’re about to find out what President Trump has been referring to all those times where he has said the “They got caught red handed” and “We have it all”.
