But there needs to be a next step to this Project; an Audit, with forensic analysis, i.e. forensic document/*ink* analysis and spectrophotometry. That’s the next step to prove that this election was rigged. The only thing difficult about it is getting physical access to the ballots in the locales that have already been identified, which can be litigated swiftly if a preservation order is gotten from a judge.
Spectrophotometry is used to analyze inks on documents; I’d bet anything that if we check the mail-in and absentee ballots, particularly those with votes only in the Presidential race, we’ll find thousands of ballots marked by the same inks/pens. Ballot-stuffers needing to deliver 20,000 votes will not change pens after every ballot, and neither will the more efficient cheats using printers and photocopiers change toners after every run.
High end spectrophotometers are, at most, just a few thousand dollars, and many can scan multiple samples at the same time and output results in seconds.
The point being; hundreds or thousands of absentee and mail-in ballots - purportedly by different individuals in different households - all marked by chemically identical pens is impossible. Pen/ink manufacturers deliberately use markedly different compounds to make their products and nowadays include markers to indicate year of manufacture.
So a Papermate pen made in 2019 is easily distinguishable from another of the exact same brand and model made in 2020. There are also differences in batches of pens even if made in the same year. Even more, two pens of the same brand, year and batch could end up very different chemically based on age, storage conditions, etc.
And even with in-person voting at the polls where pens (of the same brand and batch) are purportedly given to all, you can find fraud if in-person ballots from two different precincts have the exact same pen chemical signature. It is almost impossible that not only did two precincts buy pens of the same brand, they bought the same model, the same year, and the same batch.
Ballots marked by printer i.e. HP InkJet, ink, is another major fraud sign on its own.
This is as close to ironclad proof of fraud as we can get. We just need access to the ballots.

In many precincts with anonymously high voter precipitation, the explanation offered is that a large number of people registered that day.
It doesn’t seen too hard to verify the Election Day registrations and determine if fraud has taken place. Contact them, ask if they registered that day, ask if they voted in person.
