The Donald J. Trump for President Campaign Legal Team today announced that the State Legislatures in Pennsylvania, Arizona and Michigan will hold public hearings on the election beginning tomorrow and next week in an effort to provide confidence that all of the legal votes have been counted and the illegal votes have not been counted in the November 3rd election.
Hmmm, the kick to Congress is a matter of a tie, I think, but there may also be language akin to, “neither having reached a majority of electors,” so I suppose that would work, too. But it’s harder to explain to the public than “the Constitution says that the legislators pick the electors in the manner that they choose.”
Meanwhile they will be working harder to cover up the corruption so that it will never be this obvious ever again.
Oh, good, hearings. Maybe they’ll write a strongly worded letter condemning the fraud. That’ll teach em.
There is no way to know which votes should be nullified, is there?
If there is evidence of systematic, deliberate fraud, the whole thing should be nullified and Trump should be declared the winner.
If stewards discover that the horse that finished first in the Kentucky Derby was drugged, they don’t just reduce the number of lengths by which it won, they disqualify it altogether and award the race to the horse that finished second. Lance Armstrong cheated in the Cours de France and was barred from ever participating again.
It they prove the Democrats cheated on a widespread scale and that it was coordinated among all of the swing states, the courts should disqualify Biden and declare Trump the winner. How can the courts or the legislatures allow anything else? Punish the Democrats and make them an example of how fraud and lawlessness are dealt with in a constitutional republic that obeys the rule of law.
If necessary, the resulting video should be uploaded on YouTube or, if it bans such a video, some other sites like Parler for all to see. This will allow them to go over hours of video footage to catch anything suspicious in no time. Republicans should do their best to make it happen if they want to improve their odds in next, probably rigged, elections. However, I have doubt that they are determined enough do it especially if some of them were also involved in cheating in the past.
